Q: Where is your hometown and what do you love about it?

I have lived in Southeast Pennsylvania my whole life. I was raised on about 50 acres and I love the beautiful countryside and farmlands, where houses are not too close to each other. Now I don’t live on quite as much property but I only live 20 minutes from where I grew up. I love that although I live here, we can take day trips to some major cities (Philly, Baltimore, NYC, DC) or the beach if we want a change of scenery!

Q: What is your idea of a perfect Saturday and why?

My perfect idea of a Saturday starts off (not too early!) at either my daughter’s softball game or one of my sons’ baseball games, watching their love of the game.  Then, it transitions to relaxing out by our pool, with family and friends, soaking up the best season of all, summer. An added bonus is when either someone grills or we order takeout, so I don’t have to cook😊.

Q: What Inspires You?

My kids inspire me. I became a mom at 18 and my son turned my life around and made me want to be the best mom I possibly could be for him. Even though it wasn’t easy, he gave me the drive to continue to pursue my accounting degree and graduate in three years! Later on, I had three more kids. All four continue to inspire me and motivate me to be the best version of myself.
