Meet Wanda

Q: What makes APN Group unique?

APN provides an accounting firm culture like no other. With the expertise in-house, we bring entrepreneurs more than just numbers—we provide informed guidance on financial decisions and the business acumen needed to run their business. All with the balance between work and home life.

Q: What is your typical vacation or weekend trip look like?

In the summer, my husband, two sons, and I love to visit our Michigan family and enjoy the cooler temps and the small lakeside resort towns. When it gets chilly in Atlanta, we head south to visit family in Florida, tackle the parks (Sea World, Legoland, Busch Gardens) and relax on the Gulf Coast beaches.

Q: What is your hometown, and what do you love about it?

Atlanta! I love the diverse areas within and surrounding the city filled with green spaces, family-friendly things to do (Stone Mountain, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and Zoo Atlanta, to name a few), music venues for all and, of course, the low cost of living. (Yes, I’m a true “native”—I was born in Piedmont Hospital.)

Q: What is your favorite holiday?

Thanksgiving. The family—moms, dads, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, and sisters—all gather at my aunt’s house to hold hands in prayer as we are thankful for all the good in our lives. It is a wonderful family time. Then we eat nonstop!
